Support Services Provided by Mission: Renaissance®

At Mission: Renaissance, our mission isn’t only to teach our students but our franchisees as well. With our standard, step-by-step training we will first train you as an artist and art instructor so you can deliver The Gluck Method with certainty and understanding. And then with our comprehensive business model and our experienced management team we will provide you with the necessary tools and support to productively start and operate your business. We are here to assist you by providing you with the following professionally developed operational guidance:

    • Art Instruction and Business Management Training

Comprehensive art instruction training will be offered both in our academies and at your studio location, following the exclusive Gluck Method of fine art instruction – teaching you and your staff how to teach it to others. Other courses will cover areas such as business management, client billing, local marketing, etc. In
addition, we offer online and video-based training programs, some of which can be completed at home prior to attending initial training. We work to make sure you and your staff are prepared before opening your business.

    • Location Assistance

Location is crucial to the growth of your business.We offer knowledge in helping you select the location for your Mission: Renaissance studio. We also offer guidance in the initial design and layout of the interior of your location.

    • Operations Manual

A comprehensive Operations Manual containing detailed documentation pertaining to our systems, daily procedures and studio operations will be provided to you.

    • Supplier Assistance

Over the years we have formed strong relationships with suppliers of business supplies, equipment and art supplies. As a Mission: Renaissance franchisee, you will receive an approved list of these reputable suppliers, along with the opportunity to buy directly from us in some cases. We also provide other vital elements for your business, up to and including an approved internet-based music selection to play during your art classes in your studio and an online web presence for your own studio!

    • Centralized Call Center

Our proprietary and sophisticated studio scheduling and management system, “Genesis”, can be accessed by franchise owners as well as our call center staff and is used for fielding new student calls, student scheduling, and more. With the help of our centralized, toll-free call center, prospective clients will be greeted in a professional manner by a trained Registrar; this also means franchisee flexibility, as our call center can receive calls on ocassions when you are not at the studio.

    • Marketing Assistance

We will recommend marketing, advertising and help you with the development and approval of your own marketing materials. We will help you spread the Mission: Renaissance® brand in your local community to benefit from and grow the reputation we have developed over the years.

    • Ongoing Training

Ongoing and refresher training courses will be offered for you and your staff. Periodic field support visits will occur as well as ongoing email and phone support.
